END-OF-SCHOOL-YEAR SONG IDEA

"Oh bwoy! End-of-year evaluation completed but classes keep going."
... And here comes the time for SONGS.
But which one to choose?
Thousands of them but find the one:
* without swearing
* with enough text (more than three verses repeated over and over)
* not too fast, not too slow
* which is all the rage
* and etc, etc ...

If no idea on the horizon, maybe this one will be the sparkle:

HOW TO SAY: "I DON'T UNDERSTAND!"


While looking for something that could eventually liven up my 'oh-everythin'-is-so-dull' students, I came across this video and decided to give it a chance. Funny, a bit controversial but not disrespectful - 
... worked with my teens. >I hope you'll like it, I hope you'll enjoy it<
and here is how I used it in a short activity:

In their notebooks, ss wrote down the heading and the 3 sentences:

HOW TO SAY "I DON'T UNDERSTAND":


a) when you don’t understand the phrase or idiom –
b) when you don’t understand the sounds –
c) when you don’t understand why somebody said something –


While watching, they wrote down the phrases from the video and had fun.
That's basically it.
